JOHN D. GAMBLE

John Gamble is Chief Operating Officer of Regency Companies, overseeing several phases of Regency's operations. His responsibilities focus on the long-term direction of the company, including identifying and incorporating new ventures that compliment the portfolio of Regency Companies. John is responsible for the development of complex pro forma information used in making buy and sell decisions regarding the Regency family's significant property portfolio.

John is a graduate of the American Institute of Business and began his career with Regency in 1986 as an accountant. During his tenure, he has seen and experienced significant growth and diversity. This growth enabled him to attain significant experience in several areas, including accounting, financing, staffing, human resources, negotiating complex transactions, property management and development.
