Marcus Pitts is the Director of Commercial Investments specializing in the development and marketing of the Regency Company's portfolio in the Des Moines metropolitan market and throughout the Midwest. His product familiarity, market knowledge and diligent work ethic are key aspects of his business conduct.
Marcus delivers superlative real estate service by concentrating on the Regency Companies development holdings which includes Retail, Office, Medical, Industrial, Multi-family and Single-Family housing. Marcus' focus includes land development, joint ventures with current land owners, development planning, land for sale and build to suit opportunities.
He is currently pursuing his designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Society of Office & Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and is actively involved in the in many community philanthropic organizations.
